WILD32 is an invitation to refocus, reorient, and recommit to becoming a better man—one day at a time.
In short, the 32 days of W32 look like:
EXERCISING 32 minutes/day
SUBSTANCE AWARENESS (No alcohol, marijuana, etc.)
SUGAR AWARENESS (No Sweets)
READING 10 minutes/day
BEING OUTSIDE 10 minutes/day
SITTING IN SILENCE 10 minutes/day
CHECKING IN daily. We text one another to report on how we did yesterday and sharing 2 things today:
I’m grateful for ___________.
I feel _________.
Obviously, you could do all this stuff without us.
But you probably won’t.
