For 32 days, you commit to:

• 32 minutes of exercise

• No alcohol or recreational substances

• No sweets

• 10 minutes reading

• 10 minutes outside

• 10 minutes in silence

• Daily group check-in

Every day you report:
“I’m grateful for ______.”
“I feel ______.”

You could do this alone.
